Writing test

Writing task 1 (a letter)

You have just returned from a work trip abroad with a colleague. Write a thank you letter to your colleague and say

– how you feel to be back
– how helpful he/she was
– invite him/her to visit you at home.

Writing Task 2 (an essay)

Some people say that it is not good for children to grow up in the city and that the countryside is more suitable for them. Do you agree or disagree? Support your view with relevant examples.
