Section 4. A speaker was talking about different kinds of sports.

Reading Test

Passage 1. Information for all travelers: “A tour of the Historic City of Macarthur”.
Questions: True/False/Not Given, multiple choice A-F.

Passage 2. Work life balance (important flexible practices – the pros and cons).
Questions: filling in the blanks – as mentioned in the passage.

Passage 3. Preventing back pain and limb injuries (A guide for manager in the hotel and restaurant business).
Questions: filling in the blanks – as mentioned in the passage.

Passage 4. Evolution of pen.
Questions: multiple choice A-G, True/False/Not Given.

Writing Test

Writing Task 1 (a letter)

Write a letter to an English friend who has just moved to a new home recently. As a friend you are thinking to give him/her a gift. In your letter
– describe your present
– say why you choose this present
– explain how you are going to send him/her the present.

Writing Task 2 (an essay)

Some people working abroad are bringing their family for a period of time. Do you think it has more advantages or disadvantages? Give your opinion and examples.
