Reading test

Passage 1. An article regarding resort development in Queensland.

Writing test

Writing task 1 (a report)

We were given a bar graph showing the average housing prices in Perth and Sydney in 2000, 2005 and a projection for 2015. Another pie chart was showing home ownership in Australia among 30-35 population age group.

Writing task 2 (an essay)

Some people believe that universities should focus on providing academic skills, while others think that universities should prepare students for their real future careers. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
