Section 1. A lady inquired about Scuba Diving lessons.

Section 2. A discussion between a tutor and a student about corrections in her assignment.

Section 3. A discussion about a company.

Section 4. Information on some business development.

Reading test

Passage 1. About an online shopping website.

Passage 2. About the discovery of Mammoth.

Passage 3. About the NGV museum in Melbourne, Australia.

Writing test

Writing task 1 (a report)

We were given a table showing the income and expenses of Brockley Hall Hotel in a three-year period. We had to summarize and describe the data.

Writing task 2 (an essay)

Some people say job satisfaction is more important than job security. Others believe that we cannot be expected to enjoy the job continually and having a permanent job is more important. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Cue Card

Describe a book that you have read recently. Please say
