We were given a table comparing two groups of people, club members and general public, their opinions about a new theatre in London in 2012.

Writing task 2 (an essay)

Some people say that governments should not spend money on international aid, as long as there are disadvantaged people such as unemployed and homeless within their own country. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give your own opinion.
