Listening test
Section 1. Overview of varieties of birds and explanation how to join a bird-saving organization.
Questions: filling in a table.
Section 2. About an orbit tower.
Section 3. Presentation on telecommunications.
Questions: Labeling a diagram.
Section 4. About cement production.
Questions: filling in a table.
Reading test
Passage 1. Banana and its diseases.
Passage 2. UK coastlines’ archaeology.
Passage 3. History of drawing maps in different countries from 19th century till now.
Writing test
Writing task 1 (a report)
Two pie charts compared graduates with first degree and graduates with a PhD in UK, and their occupations after leaving the university in 2003.
Writing task 2 (an essay)
Some people think robots can improve humans’ life in the future, while others think robots may affect society in a bad way. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
