Interview
- What is your full name?
- Tell me about your job.
- Do you like working alone or in a team?
- Describe your boss.
- What kind of experience do you need for your job?
- What education is required to do your job?
- Do you like shopping?
- Do you prefer shopping centers or small shops?

Cue card
Talk about a public library you have recently used, you should say:
- where was the public library located?
- what does it look like?
- why did you go there?
- explain about how the public libraries are useful to our society.

Discussion
- Should governments invest in libraries?
- What do you think about old people who use libraries?
- What information would you need or would you be looking for in a public library?
- Do you prefer to go to a public library? Why?
- How a library could have impact on people?
- Is a public library helpful to children?
