Writing test

Writing task 1 (a report)

We were given a map and 4 pie charts showing the use of agricultural land in the USA for different purposes such as animal growing, forests, crops growing and other uses. We had to describe it.

Writing Task 2 (an essay)

Some people believe that history is very important and we must study the past to understand the present. Others say that it has little or no use at all. Discuss both views, give your opinion and support it with relevant examples.

A builder worked in your house a few weeks ago. You did not like the result of his work. Write a letter to him and say
