2. Look for the one with the highest band score
3. Declare a winner – and display the winning test result in IELTS-Blog Hall of Fame
4. Arrange an interview with the winner to find out what was the secret of his/her success in IELTS test.
5. Publish the interview in IELTS Blog to help all the students achieve great results.
