Frequently asked questions

1. How do I know what my EBook User ID is?

EBook user ID is a number of 4 or 5 digits.

To see what your EBookUser ID is, run the downloaded EBook, click on "Help" in the menu and chose "About EBook". A window with EBookUser ID in the middle will appear.

If the book has already expired, EBookUser ID is displayed in the expiration message window.

2. How do I know what my Transaction ID is?

You can find your Transaction ID in receipt that was sent to you by email from PayPal.

It looks like this: 4PV67538H2262804K (of course your number will be different).

3. My EBook has expired and asks for EBook User Key, how do I unlock it?

The window that notifies you of expiration shows your EBookUser ID – a number of 4 or 5 digits. Send both your EBookUser ID and PayPal Transaction ID to info@IELTS-Blog.com and we will send you an EBook User Key back.

4. I have requested an EBook User Key but didn’t receive any response from IELTS-Blog, what do I do?

Look in your Spam or Bulk folder and check your spam filter – we have sent you an email, but certain email providers block mail from IELTS-Blog for some unknown reason.

5. What do I do with my EBook User Key?

Once your EBook has expired any time you run it, you will be asked for the EBook User Key. Enter it and click on "Register" button. This is it!

6. Can I run my EBook on more than one computer?

Unfortunately you can not. Your copy is limited to just one computer.

7. If I have problems using the EBook, who do I contact?

For any problem/issue/question please email info@ielts-blog.com.

8. I have paid for the EBook but didn’t get a chance to download it, what do I do?

We sent you a download link in email minutes after the payment - if you don't see it in your Inbox, check in Bulk or Spam folders. If it's still not there, then it is a rare malfunction; please contact info@ielts-blog.com to receive your EBook and send a phone number / alternative email where we can reach you.

9. Can I print the EBook?

Yes, the EBook has a page-by-page printing option.
