Speaking test

Interview

– What is your full name?
– Are you working or studying?
– Do you enjoy the job? Why?
– Where do you study?
– How do you travel to school?

– Do you like birds?
– Do you think birds are important in our life? Why?
– Should people protect birds? Why?

Cue Card

Describe a neighbor that you know well. Please say

– Who is he/she?
– How did you meet him/her?
– How long have you known him/her?
– Why do you like him/her?

Discussion

– Why do we need neighbors?
– Are there any advantages or disadvantages to having neighbors?
– How often do you meet them?
– Will you meet them during special occasions such as the New Year?
– What social work do your neighbors do?
– What are the advantages or disadvantages of having social groups?

Listening test

Section 1. A teacher was calling to change the schedule for his daughter’s afternoon class.

Reading test

Passage 1. A restaurant menu.

Passage 2. The appearance of Dodo (a bird).

Passage 3,4. Don’t remember.

Writing test

Writing task 1 (a letter)

Write a letter to the hotel manager asking for help with your event celebration. Please say

– What kind of event is it?
– What arrangements should be done prior to the event?

Writing Task 2 (an essay)

Young people prefer living on their own or with friend to living in their parents’ home. Do you agree or disagree?

Speaking test

– Which part of your apartment do you like the most and why?
– Which part of the apartment would you change?

Cue Card

Talk about the profession that can change the world. Please say
